New Fitness Fads

The Ab Crack
It’s not enough to only have abs these days, you need ab cracks. The ab crack is a thin, visible crease or line dividing your abs. The term ab crack has become hugely popular on social media, with many young people trying to figure out how to get a perfect crack between their abs.

According to Johannesburg Life, “the abdominal wall has two strap muscles going down on both sides, creating the appearance of a six-pack. These two muscles are separated by a fibrous layer known as 'linea alba' (which essentially evolves into the ab crack).”

Once you start doing serious ab exercises, you may notice a line from the centre of the ribcage down to your stomach and if you push through, you might just start seeing those ab cracks forming!

Virtual Boxing
Forget about punching bags and boxing gloves, boxing has gone virtual. With the Boxx Method, you can box anytime, anywhere. The programme is a series of 30-minute videos of choreographed sequences that you can do at home, there is even a knockout round at the end.

Boxx Method is an online workout platform specialising in boxing, cardio, strength and stretch videos! You can even pick from a Flexible On Demand plan or a structured 6-week plan depending on your goals and lifestyle. Now you can box to your heart’s content from the convenience of your home and get a PROPER workout.
